One place for learning, mobility and growth
Go2Grow was created to make professional learning easier to discover, compare and plan — whether you are using Erasmus+ funding or simply looking for the right course, Staff Week or development opportunity.
The problem we want to solve
Professional learning opportunities are often scattered across university websites, provider pages, social media posts, PDF programmes and separate registration systems. Useful information may be available, but it is difficult to compare dates, destinations, prices, programme content and funding considerations in one consistent format.
That fragmentation creates unnecessary work for participants and makes it harder for good providers to reach the right audience. Go2Grow brings these pieces together so the user can move from discovery to comparison and then to mobility planning without rebuilding the same search from scratch across many websites.
Discover
Courses, Staff Weeks and other professional learning opportunities in one searchable hub.
Compare
Programme, dates, format, provider, price and practical information presented more consistently.
Plan
Destination context, Erasmus+ guidance and planning tools alongside the learning opportunity itself.
Why Go2Grow was created
The founder’s motivation was simple: why should participants have to search ten different places to understand one mobility? The goal is to build a practical European learning hub where the opportunity, provider, destination, dates and relevant Erasmus+ planning information can be found together.
Go2Grow is not intended to replace providers, universities, National Agencies or the official Erasmus+ programme. It is designed as the layer that helps people find and understand their options before they continue with the relevant provider and their own institution.
Erasmus+ or no Erasmus+ — both belong here
Go2Grow is a general professional learning platform. Some opportunities may be suitable for funding through Erasmus+ mobility, while others can be attended using an institution’s own budget, employer funding or self-funding. Being listed on Go2Grow does not itself make a course Erasmus+ eligible and does not guarantee funding.
This distinction is important: the platform should help users explore learning first, then understand which funding route may apply to them. Final Erasmus+ eligibility and grant decisions remain with the participant’s sending institution and the relevant programme rules.
What we are building
Our direction is to connect opportunity discovery with the practical tools people actually need: clear provider information, confirmed session dates, destination pages, Erasmus+ guidance, grant estimation, eligibility support and useful content that helps users make a better mobility decision.
For providers, Go2Grow offers a structured place to present learning opportunities to an international audience. For participants, it aims to reduce fragmented searching and make professional development planning more transparent.
