Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Go2Grow, an independent platform for discovering and publishing professional learning, staff mobility and related education opportunities. By using platform functions or submitting information through Go2Grow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform role

Go2Grow is a training discovery, enquiry coordination and mobility planning platform. Unless the individual offer clearly identifies Go2Grow as the training provider or contracting party, the named independent training provider remains responsible for teaching, content and delivery. Go2Grow supports listing accuracy, participant enquiries and associated administration but does not automatically become the contractual training provider merely by listing an opportunity. The contracting trader and allocation of responsibilities must be identified before a binding paid agreement is formed.

2. Erasmus+ independence

Go2Grow is independent and is not an official website of the European Union, European Commission, Erasmus+ programme or any National Agency. Listing an opportunity does not guarantee Erasmus+ eligibility, funding or reimbursement. Users must verify current requirements with their institution and the relevant official programme sources. 3. Access and submissions

You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Public account registration is currently disabled. Providers may receive private links to edit their submitted opportunities; they must keep those links secure and use them only for authorised changes. Go2Grow may restrict or withdraw access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties, or where these Terms are materially breached.

4. Provider responsibilities

• Publish accurate, current and non-misleading information.
• Have the rights and permissions required for text, images, trademarks and personal data submitted to the platform.
• Clearly disclose prices, taxes, material conditions, dates, location, capacity and cancellation and participation conditions that apply to participants.
• Keep course availability, prices, registration deadlines and booking conditions up to date, including clearly identifying sold-out sessions.
• Comply with applicable consumer, tax, advertising, privacy, intellectual-property and education-related laws.

5. Participants and registrations

Participants should check programme details, dates, total fees, cancellation conditions, travel, visas, insurance and institutional or Erasmus+ approval before making commitments. Submitting the Go2Grow "Register / Request a place" form sends an enquiry; it does not automatically confirm a place or create a charge. Go2Grow coordinates the request and communicates the next steps. Where payment is required, invoice and bank-transfer arrangements are communicated separately, without online card payment. The identity of the contracting course provider or other contracting trader, the total price and applicable cancellation conditions must be confirmed before a binding paid contract is concluded. Any external provider link used for verification does not by itself transfer the Go2Grow enquiry or consent to that provider.

6. Moderation and listings

Go2Grow may review, edit for presentation, reject, unpublish or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, duplicated, outdated or inconsistent with the platform’s purpose. Moderation does not constitute endorsement or verification of every claim made by a provider.

6A. Publicly sourced opportunity information

Go2Grow may create or maintain informational listings using facts that providers or public institutions have made publicly available, such as an organisation name, opportunity title, destination, dates, price, public registration URL and other factual programme details. Where Go2Grow does this, we aim to independently summarise the information rather than reproduce substantial creative text, photographs, logos or other protected material without an appropriate licence or permission.

Public availability does not remove intellectual-property, database or data-protection rights. Go2Grow therefore avoids systematic extraction or re-publication of a substantial part of protected third-party databases and does not treat a publicly visible photograph, brochure or full course description as automatically free to reuse. Where personal data from a public source is involved, it is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable transparency requirements.

An externally sourced listing does not imply endorsement, partnership or verification by the provider. Providers and rights holders may ask Go2Grow to correct, claim, update or remove an externally sourced listing through the contact page. Go2Grow may verify publicly sourced information against an original provider website. The source website is not presented as the default participant registration channel; enquiries and participant communications are coordinated through the Go2Grow contact channels unless a listing expressly states a different process.

7. Reviews and user content

Reviews and other user content must reflect genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, promotional spam or infringe third-party rights. Go2Grow may moderate content where reasonably necessary.

8. Current platform access

At the current launch stage, providers may publish eligible learning opportunities on Go2Grow without a listing fee. Go2Grow may offer optional paid visibility services, such as clearly identified featured provider or featured opportunity placement. Paid visibility does not guarantee enrolments, Erasmus+ eligibility or funding and does not prevent users from accessing the general marketplace. If broader commercial terms change in the future, affected users will be informed before new terms apply.

9. Search results and ranking

Go2Grow discovery takes into account selected filters, keywords, opportunity type, destination and session dates. When a user selects a sorting option, its stated order applies; in default views, additional platform relevance and recency signals may influence presentation. Sold-out sessions may remain visible for information and demand transparency, but must be clearly labelled and must not imply that places remain available. Any paid featured placement, if introduced, must be clearly distinguished from organic results and must not be represented as an independent recommendation.

10. Reporting unlawful or misleading content

To notify Go2Grow about allegedly unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or rights-infringing material, email info@go2grow.eu or use the contact page. Include the exact URL, an explanation of the issue, supporting information and your contact email; please submit notices in good faith. We review reports, may request clarifications and may restrict, correct or remove material where appropriate. When applicable law requires notification of a moderation decision, a statement of reasons or a complaint route, Go2Grow will provide that process. This contact also serves as the electronic point of contact for platform content notices.

11. Intellectual property

Go2Grow branding, platform design and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Providers retain rights in content they submit but grant Go2Grow the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, format, distribute and promote that content as part of operating the platform.

12. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform reliable and information useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party information is always complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Go2Grow is not responsible for a provider’s performance, cancellation, training quality, travel arrangements, funding decisions or independent third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12A. Consumer information and payment

Where a participant acts as a consumer and a distance contract is concluded with a trader, mandatory EU consumer protection requirements and applicable national implementing laws apply. Before the consumer is bound, the contracting trader must disclose its legal identity and contact details, the main characteristics and total price (including applicable taxes and additional charges), how payment and services work, cancellation conditions, complaint handling and any statutory withdrawal right or applicable exception. Submitting a Go2Grow enquiry alone is not an order with an obligation to pay. If a later electronic step creates a payment obligation, that obligation must be expressly disclosed and acknowledged before the order is placed.

Any mandatory pre-contractual information and consumer rights are governed by the law applicable to the specific contracting party and service. The relevant trader must supply legally required information before a binding agreement is concluded. Business-to-business and institution-funded agreements can follow different contractual rules, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

No card payments are taken through the current Go2Grow registration form. If a fee is payable, the designated contracting party communicates the applicable invoice or bank-transfer instructions separately. Do not transfer money solely because a course card is visible or an enquiry has been sent.

12B. Complaints and dispute resolution

For a complaint about Go2Grow’s platform operation, first contact info@go2grow.eu. For a complaint about training delivery, the identified contracting provider or trader should be contacted through the coordination details supplied with the confirmed booking. Where the applicable consumer protection framework provides out-of-court dispute resolution, consumers may consult the competent consumer dispute resolution body in the relevant EU member state. Cross-border consumers may also seek help from the European Consumer Centres network. The former EU online-dispute-resolution (ODR) portal was discontinued in July 2025 and is not an active complaint channel.

Go2Grow legal and privacy enquiries: info@go2grow.eu; contact form. Go2Grow is the public platform name used in these Terms. For contractual and privacy enquiries contact info@go2grow.eu. Where additional identifying information is mandatory for a particular agreement, it must be communicated by the relevant contracting party. Any mandatory service-provider identification requirements continue to apply.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated prospectively as functions or legal requirements change; material changes affecting existing contracts do not remove mandatory rights. Questions or legal notices can be sent to info@go2grow.eu or through the contact page. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies applicable to the relevant contract remain available regardless of these Terms.
