These Terms govern use of Go2Grow, an independent platform for discovering and publishing professional learning, staff mobility and related education opportunities. By creating an account or using platform functions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform role

Go2Grow provides discovery, listing, communication and related marketplace functionality. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Go2Grow is not the organiser or provider of a listed course, Staff Week, job-shadowing activity, teaching mobility or other opportunity. The provider is responsible for the content, delivery, availability, pricing, eligibility conditions and registration terms of its opportunity.

2. Erasmus+ independence

Go2Grow is independent and is not an official website of the European Union, European Commission, Erasmus+ programme or any National Agency. Listing an opportunity does not guarantee Erasmus+ eligibility, funding or reimbursement. Users must verify current requirements with their institution and the relevant official programme sources. 3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Go2Grow may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties, or where these Terms are materially breached.

4. Provider responsibilities

• Publish accurate, current and non-misleading information.
• Have the rights and permissions required for text, images, trademarks and personal data submitted to the platform.
• Clearly disclose prices, taxes, material conditions, dates, location, capacity and cancellation or refund rules that apply to participants.
• Keep availability and registration links reasonably up to date.
• Comply with applicable consumer, tax, advertising, privacy, intellectual-property and education-related laws.

5. Participants and registrations

Participants are responsible for checking whether an opportunity meets their professional, institutional, travel, visa, insurance, funding and Erasmus+ requirements before committing to it. Where registration or payment takes place on a provider or third-party website, that provider’s terms and privacy notice also apply.

6. Moderation and listings

Go2Grow may review, edit for presentation, reject, unpublish or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, duplicated, outdated or inconsistent with the platform’s purpose. Moderation does not constitute endorsement or verification of every claim made by a provider.

7. Reviews and user content

Reviews and other user content must reflect genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, promotional spam or infringe third-party rights. Go2Grow may moderate content where reasonably necessary.

8. Current platform access

At the current launch stage, providers may publish eligible learning opportunities on Go2Grow without a listing fee. If the commercial terms of the platform change in the future, affected users will be informed before new terms apply.

9. Search results and ranking

Go2Grow search and discovery results may be ordered using factors such as the user’s selected filters, keyword relevance, destination, dates, recency, availability and other platform signals. Users may also be offered sorting options. At the current launch stage, providers do not pay Go2Grow for preferential placement in search results. If paid ranking or sponsored placement is introduced later, it will be identified appropriately.

10. Reporting unlawful or misleading content

If you believe a listing, review or other platform content is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or infringes your rights, please report it through the Go2Grow contact page and identify the relevant URL and the reason for your report. Go2Grow may request additional information where needed to assess the report and may restrict or remove content where appropriate.

11. Intellectual property

Go2Grow branding, platform design and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Providers retain rights in content they submit but grant Go2Grow the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, format, distribute and promote that content as part of operating the platform.

12. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform reliable and information useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party information is always complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Go2Grow is not responsible for a provider’s performance, cancellation, training quality, travel arrangements, funding decisions or independent third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes and contact
