Go2Grow Provider Guide

This guide explains how training providers, universities and organisations can create and maintain learning opportunities on Go2Grow. Provider accounts are intentionally limited to provider-facing tools and do not provide access to the WordPress administration area.

Provider workflow

Use these steps as a practical checklist from account creation to ongoing listing management.

Step 1

Create your provider account

Open List an Opportunity, choose Register and keep Provider selected. Use an organisation email address where possible, create a strong password and accept the Terms of Use. After sign-in, use the Go2Grow dashboard rather than the WordPress admin area.

Step 2

Know what you can manage

  • Dashboard — your starting point.
  • List an Opportunity — create a new learning opportunity.
  • My Opportunities — review and edit your listings.
  • Statistics — view available performance information.
  • My Profile — maintain account and provider-facing details.
Step 3

Prepare information before publishing

Prepare the programme title and description, opportunity type and topic, destination, confirmed or provisional dates, application deadline, duration, language, format, price, learning outcomes, target audience, provider details, registration URL and a high-quality landscape image. Add accommodation, accessibility, cancellation conditions and programme/agenda links whenever available.

Step 4

Submit for review

New provider opportunities are submitted for Go2Grow review before public publication. Changes to an already published opportunity are also subject to review. This protects catalogue quality and helps prevent accidental or unauthorised public changes.

Step 5

Use Erasmus+ information accurately

Use the Erasmus+ fields only to describe the opportunity accurately. A Go2Grow listing must never promise that a participant will receive Erasmus+ funding. Eligibility and grant decisions depend on the participant’s sending institution, National Agency arrangements and the applicable programme rules. If you provide an OID, make sure it belongs to the relevant organisation.

Step 6

Create another session faster

If you run the same programme on another date or in another city, use the available session duplication tool instead of rebuilding the full listing. Review the copied content carefully and update at least the dates, destination, availability, application deadline and registration URL before submitting it.

Step 7

Respect image and content rights

Upload only images, logos and programme materials that your organisation owns or is authorised to use. Do not upload third-party programme logos or institutional marks merely for decoration. Keep descriptions factual and current, and remove or update information that is no longer accurate.

Step 8

Protect your account

Use a unique password, keep the account email current and update credentials promptly when an account holder leaves your organisation.

Provider access is deliberately limited

  • Providers can manage their own learning opportunities but are not given access to site administration, themes, plugins or other providers’ listings.
  • Do not share one account across unrelated organisations.
  • Keep provider contact details current so review and account messages reach the right person.
